Running a FIRST team may be the most rewarding thing you every do. It may also be the most draining. The strain and demands of competition, interpersonal relations, non-profit financial concerns, youth protection, data policy, etc… is often much more than what someone expects when they step up to run a FIRST team. Nevertheless, it is the reality.
Thankfully, so is the reward of providing opportunities for amazing young people who have the capacity to change the world. We hope that our experiences and that of our guest bloggers will help to provide you with the information you need to more efficiently run your team, and spend more time doing what you stepped up to do: Impact kids’ lives.

Joyce became the 1902 Team Lead.
2016
Elise took the reins of 1902 as the team lead.

Much to our delight, 1902 was award the Championship Chairman’s Award.
