Thank you for joining us at the 2026 FRC Training in Mexico with
Team 4400 - Cerbotics, for Building Resilience: Team Sustainability.
A step by step resource for developing and implementing team continuity. The presenters walked through a process to help you unpack your team’s current available information, discover what else you might want to develop, and build a living document that is easily transferable to a next generation.
This presentation is an evolution of numerous such presentations that have been developed and contributed to from the experiences of numerous mentors.
Thank you to the mentors who have contributed, including
Elise Cronin-Hurley, Wendy Austin, Amanda Little, Laurie Shimizu, and Joyce Walters
- all of whom have participated in presenting the content since 2021.
Now, FIRST has created a tremendous resource through their Training Portal. Creating Team Sustainability, is a 75-minute training module that also includes some interesting worksheet assets to help teams develop a more sustainable process. Some of their information was sourced from and inspired by our sustainability presentations located here at FIRSTMentorLife.com.
