The slide deck and sustainability report card are not meant to provide you a blueprint of how to future proof your team. FIRST Robotics Competition teams vary too greatly in their organization and resources for one solution. Rather the goal is to bring awareness of areas your team might need to look at to improve your change for long term sustainability.
Never try to tackle everything in one season. Choose a goal or two each year. Build the process into your team calendar and culture to build stronger more sustainable systems.

Serving as a mentor since 2011, Elise Cronin-Hurley also served as a Team Lead of 4-H Exploding Bacon Robotics Team 1902 from 2016 - 2019.
