Key Takeaway: Build stronger, more sustainable teams by understanding and honoring each person’s genius.
Discover how the “6 Types of Working Genius” framework can transform the way your team collaborates on any project – whether robot build, business team, awards, or team mgmt. Learn how understanding individual strengths and frustrations of mentors/students can improve team culture, distribute workload more effectively and joyfully, and benefit team sustainability. This workshop introduces the model, shows how it practically maps team roles, and gives real team scenarios and role challenges.
